Ice DAO : What is it ?
Ice DAO is a decentralized reserve currency. Forked from Olympus DAO (operating on Ethereum network). Ice DAO will use the same bond and stake mechanism as Olympus DAO.
The goal of this mechanism is to become the owner of the protocol’s liquidity, to ensure a sustainable growth.
Ice DAO’s token will be named $ICE.
Why did we choose Avalanche ?
Ice DAO chose Avalanche due to multiple factors :
- Scalability : Avalanche network is extremely scalable, capable of 4,500 transactions per second.
- Speed : Avalanche is fast, and is able to confirm transactions in under 1 second.
- Affordability : Avalanche offers low-cost fees (between 35–70 cents per tx).
- Accessibility : It is possible to bridge funds to Avalanche easily, with the help of Avalanche wallet, or even with AnySwap.
All these key features are consistent with our goal of offering an easy access to IceDAO, at a low-cost.
What’s coming for Ice DAO ?
Ice DAO will provide huge APY at launch to reward our community. APY will then be managed by the protocol to sustainable levels, to ensure a robust development. With this mechanism, stakers will be provided with a constant capital growth.
Bond mechanism will also be available at launch, our community will be offered a huge discount on minting new $ICE tokens. Bonding is necessary to create a stable and growing treasury.
Community will get full protocol governance by staking $ICE. Community will have voting rights with the staking receipt, $sICE. $sICE holders will be able to vote on the allocation of treasury funds.
While the treasury will grow, $ICE’s intrinsic value will increase, giving the token a value that it cannot fall below.

Presale
Ice DAO team chose to have a limited-access presale for multiple reasons :
- Boosting liquidity at launch
- Growing a stable and solid treasury
Presale access will be based on a whitelist. Our community will be able to get whitelisted through different ways.
We will communicate further about the presale mechanism and tokenomics.
Security
Ice DAO knows that investors are concerned about security. We are also alarmed about the large number of scam projects that have launched recently, which led to a loss of capital for many investors.
That’s why Ice DAO’s presale contract will be made public before the presale. Liquidity will be locked. Also, the treasury funds will be under a multisig contract.
To prevent bot sniping, contract address of $ICE will not be made available until the launch. However, we will not use “bot trap” contracts.

At the moment, we are working hard to build out Ice DAO and grow our community.
